Foreign Minister: Not All Weaknesses Are Due to Sanctions

The Foreign Minister: Not all weaknesses are due to sanctions

Abbas Araqchi, the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said at the press conference of the closing ceremony of the second regional provincial diplomacy summit that the country’s weaknesses are not solely due to sanctions and external pressures, although these sanctions do bring about damages and costs.

He emphasized that one can only complain about sanctions when all domestic capacities have been fully utilized. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has an important mission to neutralize sanctions and meet the country’s needs, and in this path, the capabilities of all agencies and provinces will be utilized.
