A former city council member in the astronomical properties case: 39 properties never returned

Regarding the Yas Holding, Mirlouhi said, ‘With deep regret, I must say that it’s been nearly 3 years since we submitted two investigations to the Judiciary, but they have not provided any answers to the public. I announce that there is more than a ton of cases related to the municipality in various branches, including branch 15 of the Government Employees’ Prosecutor’s Office. Mr. Nouri, one of the investigators, told me that just one of these municipal cases consists of 50 volumes. He showed me a cabinet where the municipality’s cases are kept. With these descriptions, the question is why the fate of this one-ton case has not been clarified yet.’

Mirlouhi said about the astronomical properties: ‘It was decided that 11 properties would be returned to the municipality, and 39 other properties remained that were not returned. These properties are large and significant and are located in the best areas.’
