The Casio brand became very newsworthy in the Shakira and Piqué saga, as the Colombian singer mentioned Casio in a song released a while ago, taking a jab at her ex-husband. In this song, there was a part where Shakira referred to the Piqué and Clara Chia affair as being like swapping a Rolex for a Casio. In response to this, Piqué appeared with a Casio watch on his internet show.
