Gold Coin Approaches 33 Million Toman

The gold coin got closer to 33 million tomans.

The price of each US dollar in the Tehran free exchange market on Thursday afternoon rose to 56,550 tomans but then took a downward trend and fell to 56,350 tomans. However, the US dollar rate, which had reached 56,250 tomans at the end of Wednesday’s trading, continued its upward trend during the last business day’s transactions of the week.

Each euro also fluctuated between 60,700 tomans and 60,950 tomans on Thursday, with the rate on Wednesday afternoon being 60,300 tomans.

The simultaneous $17 increase in the price of each ounce of gold to $2,007 in global markets, along with the rise in the exchange rate in the Tehran market, caused the price of each full gold coin, known as the Emami design, to surpass 32,800,000 tomans on Thursday afternoon.
