The spokesperson for the Iranian government announced that Masoud Pezeshkian will not be a candidate in the upcoming presidential election
According to the Iran newspaper, Fatemeh Mohajerani said, which president before Pezeshkian has ever said in the first year that I do not want to be a candidate for the next term
She added that the reason for this decision is that the president is only focused on solving the people’s problems
