According to Reuters, the U.S. Treasury Department announced that following Elon Musk’s statements, the owner of SpaceX, about seeking an exemption from Iran sanctions to provide Starlink satellite internet services to the people of Iran, it is possible to export certain satellite internet equipment to Iran, and SpaceX will not need a license to provide Starlink satellite broadband internet services in Iran.
