The Guardian Council: Reviewing the resolution on regulating cyberspace is not within our jurisdiction

Hadi Tahan Nazif, the spokesperson for the Guardian Council, in response to the request from Parliament members to review the resolution of the Special Committee on Regulating Cyberspace, said that addressing this resolution is not related to the Guardian Council.

He added that if there is a complaint in the Administrative Justice Court claiming it is against Islamic law, it falls within the duties of the jurists of the Guardian Council, but so far, no such issue has been raised.
