Haddad Adel: 7 slots from the 30-member Tehran list are for the Stability Front

Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, the secretary of the Coalition Council, officially announced in the central council meeting of Shana that 7 slots from the 30-member Tehran list are allocated to the Stability Front and the selection committees will not interfere with the Stability Front’s quota.

Qalibaf has emphasized that he will only give 5 slots to the Stability Front, and those 5 slots must be approved by the Coalition Council and should not include figures like Nobaveh and Izadkhah.

Meanwhile, Sadegh Mahsouli also insists on his request for 7 slots, similar to the year 2019.

Yesterday, the spokesperson for the Stability Front denied the news leak to the media, which reportedly aimed to prevent the foundation of the Stability Front from being shaken and to keep some members of the Central Council of the Stability Front unaware of Mahsouli’s confidential negotiations with Qalibaf.
