Hamid Sajjadi, Minister of Sports: Stramaccioni Left Iran Fearing Money Laundering Accusations

Hamid Sajjadi, the Minister of Sports, said Stramaccioni left Iran out of fear of money laundering accusations.

According to Aftab News, Hamid Sajjadi, the Minister of Sports, explained the details of the impeachment session in the parliament, stating that part of the questions were related to Iran being fined in connection with the foreign coaches’ case.

He stated that those involved in sports know the answer to this question and added that we have unjust sanctions, part of which is related to banking transactions. If there is a delay in payment regarding foreign coaches and players who come to Iran, according to FIFA regulations, they can file a complaint and even receive their contract amount with a penalty.
