Hamidreza Alimi: Ministry of Intelligence Canceled My Sermons Due to Protests

Hamid Reza Alimi, the eulogist, has said that the Ministry of Intelligence has canceled my mourning ceremonies because of protests.

Hamid Reza Alimi, the eulogist, announced that by order of the intelligence office in Isfahan and Qom, his mourning sessions in these two cities have been canceled and he is no longer allowed to hold mourning ceremonies in Isfahan.

He stated that the reason apparently is due to his tweets during this period.

Hamid Alimi, born in 1980 in Isfahan, wrote in his Instagram story explaining this news that on the evening of the martyrdom of Hazrat Zahra, it was announced to the officials of the Hussainiya that the mourning ceremony is canceled due to a security issue. They allowed it for tonight, but after contacting the security police and the Islamic Propagation Organization of Isfahan, it was informed that by order of the intelligence office of Isfahan, I am not allowed to hold mourning ceremonies in Isfahan. Recently, two sessions were also canceled in Qom by order of the intelligence office. The reason apparently is due to my tweets during this period.
