The head of the Atomic Energy Organization says the agency’s inspectors are in Tehran.
Mohammad Eslami, head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, announced on Wednesday, February 22, that the agency’s officials are in Tehran and have been inspecting and reviewing since yesterday.
He told reporters on the sidelines of the government meeting that ambiguities created by an inspector are being resolved.
He said, ‘We prevent the creation of new ambiguities and disruptions in the process of new collaborations through interaction and coordination.’
Last week, Bloomberg News reported that inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency discovered traces of 84% enrichment at Iran’s nuclear facilities, but it is still unknown whether this level of enrichment was intentional or the result of accidental deposition in the network of centrifuge pipes.
