Head of Iran's Atomic Energy Organization Accuses IAEA of Leaking Confidential JCPOA Reports

The head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization has accused the International Atomic Energy Agency of leaking confidential reports related to the JCPOA.

The head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization says the International Atomic Energy Agency is providing information about Iran’s nuclear program to opponents of the negotiations for the resumption of the JCPOA or nuclear agreement.

Mohammad Eslami told Russia’s Sputnik news agency that they are regretful about the political and unprofessional behavior of the Agency in disclosing confidential JCPOA reports to opponents of these negotiations. He did not specify who or which country he meant by opponents of the JCPOA negotiations.

Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, said in a meeting at the Chatham House think tank in London last Tuesday that he hopes to revive and strengthen dialogue with Iran.
