Head of the Hotel Association: In each province, one or two hotels have been sealed due to hijab issues

The head of the Hotel Owners’ Association stated that one or two hotels in each province have been sealed due to hijab issues.

The head of the Iranian Hotel Owners’ Association reported an increase in the daily number of hotels being sealed due to travelers not adhering to hijab rules.

According to ISNA, Jamshid Hamzehzadeh said that the number of hotels being sealed is increasing day by day and has become one of the challenges for hotel industry professionals. The exact number of sealed hotels is being compiled, but so far, Fars province has had the highest number of sealed hotels.

A hotel owner cannot force a guest, but at the time of check-in, guests are asked to definitely observe hijab, which they do, but hotel services are 24 hours.
