Historic Visit of Israeli President to Bahrain and the UAE

Isaac Herzog, the President of Israel, has headed to Bahrain and the UAE to mark one of the historic stages in the development and formalization of his government’s relations with the Arab Gulf states.

Having first arrived in Bahrain, he stated in his remarks before leaving Israel that he is a messenger of peace and that Israel has serious plans for developing mutual cooperation with Bahrain and the UAE. In part of his speech, he specifically mentioned serious cooperation programs with the UAE, particularly in the field of space cooperation.
