He was charged with ‘moharebeh’ (waging war against God) through the destruction of public property with the intent to confront the regime

Recently, Babak Paknia, a lawyer in Iran, announced the annulment of the death sentence of this political prisoner, emphasizing the importance of having a designated lawyer, and noted that the difference between a death sentence and five years of imprisonment is significant
