Hossein Marashi’s reaction to widespread disqualifications: participation is not the first priority for them

Hossein Marashi, Secretary-General of the Executives of Construction Party, stated that the disqualifications by the Guardian Council will be much more severe than those by the executive boards.

For them, participation is not the first priority; forming a so-called revolutionary parliament is more important.

The absolute majority of those who volunteered for the parliamentary elections from the Executives of Construction Party have been disqualified.

He stated that the disqualifications are a continuation of past narrow-mindedness and added that this approach is detrimental to the country. One cannot disregard all the country’s past experiences and those who have held responsibilities in the past and run the country without their presence and utilizing these experiences.
