How much has the public’s sensitivity to the JCPOA negotiations decreased?
In a general analysis of the online space and social networks, it can be said that despite the increased optimism for the revival of the JCPOA, this issue did not attract much public attention by the end of Saturday, August 13.
It seems that two factors have caused this indifference. The first factor is the prolonged and drawn-out negotiations and contradictory rumors, which over time have led to public indifference towards the revival of the JCPOA. However, the second factor relates to the public’s mindset regarding the JCPOA.
It appears that the attacks by domestic and foreign opponents of the JCPOA in recent years, along with inefficiencies and economic problems, have gradually led some people to feel that even the revival of the JCPOA might not resolve their issues. This has resulted in a significantly lower sensitivity and attention to this matter compared to past years, especially 2015 and the time of the JCPOA negotiations.
