HRANA, the news agency of the Human Rights Activists in Iran, has reported that Faezeh Hashemi, a political activist serving her sentence in Evin Prison, has been deprived of access to prison phones and contact with her family from May 14th for a duration of one month.

Ms. Hashemi was arrested and sent to prison on September 27th during the peak of nationwide protests in Iran, accused of inciting protesters to street demonstrations.
