I don't yield to pressure, Netanyahu says

Netanyahu: I will not yield to pressure.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced on Tuesday, 12th of Shahrivar, during a press conference, the execution of six Israeli hostages by shooting them in the back. Earlier, the Israeli Health Ministry announced without providing details that the shootings were carried out at close range.

In this press conference, Netanyahu asked the international community to exert more pressure on the Hamas group to expedite the process of reaching a ceasefire agreement and freeing the hostages. He said they have killed these individuals and maximum pressure should be applied against them.

In response to requests for concessions to Hamas for reaching an agreement, Netanyahu said it is Hamas that should make concessions. He also emphasized on maintaining control of the Philadelphia corridor between the Gaza Strip and Egypt and said, ‘I will not yield to pressure.’

This press conference took place while on Saturday and Sunday night, a group of citizens gathered in Tel Aviv and demanded the swift establishment of an agreement.
