The head of the Pasteur Institute of Iran announced the identification of a case of the new Corona variant known as JN1 and stated that the dominant Corona variant in the world is a mutated variant called Jianwan, which has spread about 60% in the United States, and the first case of this Corona variant has also been identified in Iran.

The head of the Pasteur Institute of Iran added that people should not have specific concerns about this Corona variant because its symptoms are mild and similar to a cold.
