Increase in Red and Yellow Corona Cities in Iran

The Iranian Ministry of Health has released the latest map of Corona spread in the country, according to which the number of very high-risk and relatively high-risk cities has increased.

According to this report, the number of cities in red or very high-risk status has increased from 13 to 19 cities.

However, the number of cities in orange or high-risk status has decreased from 48 to 45 cities.

Additionally, the number of cities in yellow status has risen from 194 to 233, and the number of cities in blue status has decreased from 193 to 151 cities.

Before the Persian New Year holidays, various warnings were issued regarding the resurgence of the Corona virus in Iran, and experts had recommended that citizens observe health protocols during Nowruz gatherings.
