Intensification of Housing Market Inflation by Year-End

Intensification of housing market inflation by the end of the year

Hassan Mohtasham, a board member of the Tehran Province Mass Builders Association, stated that the country’s economy has become so unhealthy and unfavorable that predicting prices in the housing market is very difficult. However, it seems that given the government’s economic policies, housing prices will face new inflation by the end of the year.

In recent months, the government has sought to stabilize the price of coins by offering quarter coins on the commodity exchange, but unfortunately, it has not been able to break the coin prices in the market and has, at times, contributed to the increase in the price of quarter coins in the free market.

Following this failure, the likelihood of capital moving from the coin market to the housing market is high. However, the green light for people’s money entering this market has not yet been turned on. In general, people may have money, but the inflation in house prices outpaces people’s capital.
