Iran: Agency's Assessments Are Based on Unreliable Israeli Information

Iran says the agency’s assessments are based on unreliable Israeli information

The permanent mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the United Nations office in Vienna rejected the assessments of the two recent reports by Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Agency, to the Board of Governors of this institution by issuing a statement.

In this detailed statement, the Islamic Republic’s mission, in 34 sections that are in a way a response to the questions of the International Agency, repeatedly emphasized that the reports and questions of the agency’s Director General regarding the ambiguities of Iran’s nuclear activities are all based on unreliable and hostile Israeli information.

In the first section of this statement, which was published by the ISNA news agency, it is stated that the Islamic Republic has fully adhered to its commitments, including the comprehensive safeguard agreement, and has made every effort to enable the agency to effectively carry out its verification activities in Iran.
