Iran’s Ministry of Science: An Iranian student has died in the Turkey earthquake

Hashem Dadashpour, the head of the Student Affairs Organization of the Ministry of Science, said that in the Turkey earthquake, only one Iranian student who was studying at a university in Cyprus and was visiting the earthquake-affected areas in Turkey unfortunately lost their life in this incident. Mr. Hashempour stated that the Turkey earthquake occurred at a time when students were between two academic terms, and some of our students had relocated.

The massive earthquake last month in Turkey and Syria has so far resulted in more than forty-four thousand deaths.
