Israel allows aid to be sent to Gaza by sea

According to Haaretz, for the first time since the start of the war with Hamas on October 7th last year, Israel is permitting emergency aid to enter the Gaza Strip by sea.

The newspaper wrote that Israel has reached an agreement in this regard with some international organizations, whose names have not been disclosed.

This agreement pertains to aid funded by the United Arab Emirates. These goods are scheduled to be brought to the Gaza Strip via the Mediterranean Sea starting Sunday, March 10. These ships will be loaded in Cyprus, and Israeli authorities will oversee their cargo.
