Israeli Foreign Minister: The Common Goal of Israel and France is to Prevent Iran from Acquiring Nuclear Weapons

The Israeli Foreign Minister stated that the common goal of Israel and France is to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

Gideon Sa’ar, the Israeli Foreign Minister, announced on Thursday, April 4, in Paris that his country and France share a common goal in preventing the Islamic Republic of Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

After meeting with Jean-Noël Barrot, the French Foreign Minister, Sa’ar said we must not allow the most extreme government in the world to obtain the most dangerous weapon in the world.

The French Foreign Minister had stated a day earlier that a military attack on Iran would be almost inevitable if a nuclear agreement is not reached.

On Wednesday, the French security cabinet held an extraordinary and unprecedented meeting with the presence of President Emmanuel Macron and top military commanders and experts on Iran’s nuclear file.
