Israeli Ground Forces Enter Central Gaza

Israeli ground forces entered the central part of Gaza

According to Israeli military officials, the country’s ground forces entered the central part of the Gaza Strip on Friday morning in a targeted operation and returned to their previous positions after targeting Hamas forces.

The Gaza war, following the October 7th Al-Aqsa Storm operation by Hamas and Israel’s extensive and ongoing attacks, is entering its twenty-first day, having resulted in over 8,000 deaths, mostly civilians.

Diplomatic efforts in international forums for a humanitarian ceasefire have yet to yield results due to the confrontation of global powers. Concerns have increased over the potential expansion of the conflict in the region, following scattered ground movements by the Israeli army and the possibility of a large-scale attack on Gaza in the near future.
