Israel's Attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque Simultaneous with Airstrike

Israel’s attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque coincides with airstrike

While the Israeli army targeted areas in Gaza with airstrikes in response to rocket fire from Palestinians, Israeli police also attacked Palestinians inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem.

Israeli police clashed with dozens of worshippers inside the mosque. The police say the worshippers had effectively remained inside by locking the doors from within, and the police engaged with those present before dawn.

In the videos, police are seen beating people with batons.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported a large number of injuries.

At the same time, it is said that several rockets were fired towards southern Israeli cities, to which Israel responded with an airstrike on Gaza.

Since the escalation of tensions at the beginning of this year, more than 90 Palestinians and 15 Israelis have lost their lives.
