Javan Newspaper, close to the IRGC, says Molavi Abdolhamid's remarks are excessive

The newspaper Javan, close to the Revolutionary Guards, calls Molavi Abdolhamid’s remarks excessive demands.

The newspaper Javan, close to the Revolutionary Guards, described the statements of Molavi Abdolhamid, the Sunni Friday prayer leader of Zahedan, regarding the outcome of the visit by the representatives of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic to this city as excessive demands.

Molavi Abdolhamid wrote in a tweet yesterday that the expectation from the Supreme Leader’s delegation was to see the realities, condemn the Bloody Friday massacre in Zahedan, console the families of the martyrs and the injured of this incident, and seek justice, not to threaten and intimidate the oppressed.

This publication stated that during the visit of the delegation, everything that Abdolhamid Ismaeelzahi claims was not done, was indeed carried out. The people were consoled, emphasis was placed on punishing the culprits and following up on the recent events in the province, and it was also announced that the innocent victims of these incidents would be considered martyrs according to the Supreme Leader’s view.

This newspaper rejected Molavi Abdolhamid’s remarks about threats and intimidation, stating that what was not done during this visit was giving in to the demands of those seeking excessive concessions.
