Joe Biden: I will stay in this race until the end
Joe Biden, who is under pressure from some of his campaign donors and Democratic Party members to withdraw from the race, announced, ‘I’m not going anywhere.’
The President of the United States, who has to compete against Donald Trump this November for re-election, said in an interview with MSNBC on Monday, July 9, that he is confident the majority of voters still want him as the Democratic candidate in this election.
He added, ‘If I wasn’t absolutely sure that I am the best candidate to defeat Donald Trump, I wouldn’t continue in the race.’ This interview is part of his efforts to dispel negative views about his performance in the debate with the Republican Party candidate.
Joe Biden had previously stated in an interview with ABC that the reason for his weak performance in the election debate with Donald Trump was a severe cold and fatigue.
