Joe Biden: The Arab world wants to resolve regional conflicts
On Wednesday, U.S. President Joe Biden said that although a full-scale war in the Middle East is possible, there is also an opportunity to resolve tensions that could fundamentally change the entire region.
Biden, referring to the efforts of Arab communities to resolve these conflicts, said the Arab world is very eager to resolve the conflicts because they know what will happen to them.
In an interview with The View on ABC News, the U.S. President emphasized that we need a two-state solution. This solution ultimately has to happen. I don’t want to exaggerate about it, but if we can reach a ceasefire in Lebanon, there is a possibility that we can implement this for the West Bank and also Gaza. I, alongside my team, am working with all my energy to achieve this.
Earlier, during a speech at the 79th United Nations General Assembly in New York, Biden emphasized that a full-scale war is not in anyone’s interest in the region.
He noted that if he remained in the election race, he could defeat his rival, Donald Trump, the Republican Party candidate.
