The well-known Iranian actress Zar Amir Ebrahimi and Israeli director Guy Nattiv have co-directed a new film about the governmental ban on Iranian athletes competing against Israeli opponents.

According to reports, the film is titled ‘Untitled Judo’ and its story revolves around Leila, an Iranian female judo champion, who, despite having a chance to win a gold medal, is pressured by the government to falsely inform the International Judo Federation that she cannot compete due to an injury.

Arian Mandy plays the role of Leila, and Zar Amir Ebrahimi plays the role of her coach.
