The Islamic Republic newspaper says that the profiteers of sanctions are the biggest obstacles to the Iran-US negotiations.
The Islamic Republic newspaper wrote that despite internal disagreements, political rivalries, and the mischief of Israeli lobbyists in the US over how to interact with Iran, which led Trump administration officials and Trump himself to make contradictory and differing statements about what they want from negotiations with Iran, the fourth round of negotiations was successfully conducted, contrary to the pessimists’ and opponents’ predictions.
In Iran, there are also individuals and factions who seek their interests in the continuation of sanctions, and they use the contradictions of American officials to continue sabotaging the negotiations.
The US government and Trump himself need an agreement with Iran, and they also expect to reach specific agreements within the framework of the general principles that were the main focus of the negotiations and were agreed upon in the first round.
What should be noted by the Iranian people, especially the media, political activists, experts, and observers, in the chaotic market of contradictory statements by American officials, is not to allow these contradictions to be exploited by the profiteers of sanctions.
