Judiciary Spokesman: Temporary Arrest Warrant for Tataloo Issued and He is in Prison

The spokesperson for the judiciary announced that a temporary detention order has been issued for Tataloo and he is in prison.

In response to a question about the latest status of Amirhossein Maghsoudloo, known as Tataloo, the judiciary spokesperson said that the individual in question has several cases being processed at the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office, and one case is currently in the preliminary investigation stage at District 33 of the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office, with a temporary detention order issued, and he is currently in prison.

For another case, an indictment has been issued, and after his return to the country, the investigator has been present at his location, and the case with the indictment has been sent for processing to the criminal court branch 1 of Tehran Province, and this case also involves a temporary detention order.

For the named individual, verdicts in absentia have been issued in two other cases, and if he files an objection, it will be addressed.
