Judiciary Spokesperson: No One Arrested Yet in Ismail Haniyeh Case

The spokesperson for the judiciary said that no one has been arrested yet in the case of Ismail Haniyeh.

The spokesperson for the judiciary stated that the Islamic Republic system will use all domestic and international capacities to respond to the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh. He announced the formation of a case in the Armed Forces Judicial Organization and said that so far, no arrests have been made in connection with this case.

He continued, immediately after the occurrence of this incident, with the order of the head of the Armed Forces Judicial Organization, this issue was placed on the agenda, a judicial case was formed, and investigations began. The military prosecutor and the military prosecutor of Tehran were present at the scene, and evidence is being collected, which will be reported as soon as it is completed.

The spokesperson for the judiciary further emphasized that currently, there are rumors and speculations in the press and social media regarding arrests, but until today, no arrests have been made in connection with this case, and the rumors are false.
