The judges have established involuntary manslaughter by the first defendant and also the cancellation of the order by this defendant. For such an act, the maximum punishment is 3 years in prison for the charge of involuntary manslaughter and 10 years for cancellation of the order, as stated in the law, and this is the sentence that has been issued.
