Judiciary Condemns Thunder Group and US Government to Pay Fine

In Iran, the judiciary has condemned the Thunder Group and the US government to pay 2 billion and 478 million dollars.

According to the judiciary, this ruling was issued following the lawsuit by 116 survivors and injured individuals of the Shiraz Hosseiniyeh explosion that took place in 2008.

It has been stated that the ruling regarding Jamshid Sharmahd is in person and for the other defendants it is in absentia, and it can be appealed in court within 2 months.

The 2008 Shiraz Hosseiniyeh explosion has been cited as one of the main charges against Jamshid Sharmahd.

So far, many individuals have been tried, executed, and imprisoned in relation to this explosion, including Arash Rahmanipour and Mohammadreza Ali Zamani, who were accused of collaborating with the Thunder Group affiliated with the Kingdom Assembly.
