Charles Kamau, a detective in the town of Malindi near the Shakahola forest in Kilifi County, said police began exhuming the bodies on Friday. According to images broadcast by Citizen TV, police rescued 15 members of the Good News International Church last week

Anonymous police sources told AFP on Saturday that 21 bodies have been found so far and more bodies might still be discovered
