Kerstin Vieregge, German parliament representative, is concerned about the situation of Elham Modaresi.

Kerstin Vieregge, a member of the German parliament and the Christian Democratic Union party, has expressed concern in a letter to the ambassador of the Islamic Republic in Berlin about the situation of Elham Modaresi, one of the detainees from the recent protests.

Ms. Vieregge, who is the political sponsor of Elham Modaresi, announced this by writing a post on the social network Instagram.

According to Ms. Vieregge’s writing, the hunger strike of Ms. Modaresi and several other female prisoners in Kachouei Prison in Iran has entered its third day.
