Khaled Pirzadeh’s reaction to Fatemeh Sepehri’s sentence: Even if you give a final sentence of 180 years, she is not alone.
Khaled Pirzadeh, a constitutional activist, reacted in a tweet to the issuance of an 18-year prison sentence for Fatemeh Sepehri, writing that even if you give a final sentence of 180 years, Fatemeh Sepehri is not alone.
He further addressed the Iranian government, writing that you have already become part of history. It is only necessary for people to soon, under unified leadership and with a massive presence in all cities, stamp and sign this becoming part of history.
On March 24, the appeals court in Mashhad confirmed the 18-year prison sentence for Fatemeh Sepehri, one of the signatories of the letter calling for the resignation of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic.
Ms. Sepehri was arrested on Wednesday, September 21 of last year. She referred to Mahsa Amini, the 22-year-old young woman who died in the custody of the morality police, as an innocent child of Iran and had called on protesting people to take to the streets.
