Kian Pirfalak's Uncle Was Not Present at the Crime Scene, Main Suspect

Kian Pirfalak’s uncle was not present at the scene of the murder at all.

Sajjad Pirfalak, Kian Pirfalak’s uncle, provided a report on the latest status of the investigation into his deceased nephew’s case on his personal Twitter page.

Kian’s uncle writes, quoting the case’s prosecutor, that an indictment has been issued against the defendant, Mojtaba Korkor, from the public aspect of the crime, and it has been sent to the provincial criminal court for further proceedings.

Sajjad Pirfalak writes that he has explicitly emphasized that his 10-year-old nephew’s murder was committed by judicial officers in the presence of Kian’s parents, and at the time of the murder, there was no trace or sign of the defendant, Mojtaba Korkor.
