Kish is pursuing tiered internet

According to a report by IRNA news agency, the CEO of the Kish Free Zone Organization has announced that they are seeking to establish tiered internet on the island.

Rahim Sarhangi has stated that negotiations to launch high-speed, uncensored internet in a controlled manner in Kish have begun, and they hope to achieve results in the near future.

He also mentioned that Kish Island has a unified governance under the laws governing free zones, and this capacity can be utilized for the country’s development.

Sarhangi also said that the island is ready to host major technology players.
