Ali Larijani’s office officially responded to reports about his participation in the Islamic Consultative Assembly elections by releasing a statement, denying claims made by some news agencies.

The office of the former Speaker of the Parliament, in response to the Tasnim report, wrote that there is no news about the parliamentary elections that alleviates concerns about the purification process. Thus, concerns about the purification process are alleviated, and it is unlikely that artificial competition can be created through these brothers’ methods. The country needs another solution.
