Majid Kaveh wrote on his Twitter that with the wise decision and fair judgment of the honorable assistant and advisor of the ninth branch of the Supreme Court, Javad Rouhi’s appeal against the conviction of three death sentences and other penalties was accepted, and the verdict of branch 1 of the Sari Revolutionary Court was overturned, and the case was sent for retrial to a parallel branch of the Sari Revolutionary Court
