Prince Harry’s legal complaint, the youngest son of the British king, was dismissed
A court in Britain dismissed Prince Harry’s legal complaint, the youngest son of the British king, regarding the reduction of protection for himself and his family, ruling it as unfounded.
Following the court’s decision, Prince Harry expressed regret over the rejection of his legal request in an emotional interview with the BBC and emphasized his desire for reconciliation with the other members of the royal family.
Prince Harry, who currently lives in California, stated in his interview that he has no contact with his father, King Charles.
Five years ago, Prince Harry and his wife announced their intention to spend part of the year as members of the royal family in Britain and the other part abroad, possibly in the USA or Canada.
The British royal court opposed this proposal at the time, stating that enjoying the privileges of royal family members requires fulfilling the duties assigned to them.
After the royal court’s opposition, the couple decided to reside entirely outside of Britain, and as a result of this decision, their royal privileges, including the use of special police protection during their stay in Britain, were revoked.
