Lionel Messi’s Wife Defends Shakira
The wife of the Argentine national team captain recently put an end to rumors about her through a gesture on social media.
Before Lionel Messi’s departure from Barcelona in the summer of 2021, there were rumors about a strained relationship between Messi’s wife, Antonela Roccuzzo, and Shakira, the former wife of Piqué. However, the recent post by the Colombian singer, in which she accused Piqué of infidelity, provided an opportunity for Roccuzzo to permanently dismiss this rumor.
Piqué’s former wife, who separated from him some time ago, implicitly accused Piqué of infidelity in a New Year’s message. In response, Roccuzzo expressed sympathy and defended her by posting three heart emojis. This is not the first time Roccuzzo has shown support for Shakira in action, as she had previously expressed sympathy with the Colombian woman when the father of Piqué’s former wife was hospitalized due to an accident.
