Masoud Pezeshkian: When there's a problem somewhere, it means we couldn't do anything

Masoud Pezeshkian: When there is a problem somewhere, it means we couldn’t do something.

Masoud Pezeshkian, the President, said this morning at the Planning and Development Council of Lorestan Province: We are responsible. When there is a problem somewhere, it means we couldn’t do something. If there is a problem, the managers should say what we should do, and if you are waiting for money to come in to do the work, then how much meaning can management really have?

He added: How much can we increase productivity and improve efficiency? Quality, satisfaction, and responsiveness—giving a kind response to the customer—don’t require money. Treating the customer or the person who comes to us with kindness and goodness doesn’t cost anything.

He added: The first step is the work we must do. Unfortunately, we have a problem in this regard. The shortages and concerns are from us, and we must do something to fix it. In this system, we strive to solve the people’s problems, and our priority is solving people’s problems. And where we can’t, we must honestly say so and talk to the people, and they will accept it from us, provided that we serve them honestly.

He continued: When people are worried and dissatisfied, they are dissatisfied with us officials, and we are the ones providing the service and have the problem.
