Masoud Pezeshkian's Inauguration Ceremony Will Be Held Next Tuesday Evening

The inauguration ceremony of Masoud Pezeshkian will be held next Tuesday afternoon.

A member of the Parliament’s presidium announced the presence of five presidents and 10 parliament speakers at Pezeshkian’s inauguration ceremony as of today.

On Monday, Mojtaba Yousefi spoke about the inauguration process of Masoud Pezeshkian, the president. He said that in recent days, the validity of the presidential election was confirmed by the Guardian Council, and the presidential credentials were issued by the members of the Guardian Council and sent to the Supreme Leader’s office. After the issuance of the credentials, the president’s endorsement ceremony will be held on August 7th with the presence of Ayatollah Khamenei and other national and military officials at the Imam Khomeini Hosseiniyeh.

The member of the Parliament’s presidium added that after the endorsement ceremony, the president’s inauguration ceremony is scheduled to be held on August 9th in the Islamic Consultative Assembly with the presence of the head of the Supreme Court, members of the Guardian Council of the Constitution, and the head of the Judiciary.
