Meta company claims that the US military deceives people with fake accounts
In a statement, Meta company announced that the US military uses social networks like Facebook and Instagram to create fake accounts in order to deceive other users.
Based on conducted investigations, these accounts have been used over the years to promote support for the West across the world. These posts focused on a wide range of countries such as Afghanistan, Algeria, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Yemen.
