Miki Zohar: The war will end when only a Kalashnikov remains in the hands of Iran’s armed forces.
Israel’s Minister of Culture and a party member of Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel’s goal in the war with Iran is to strip the Islamic Republic’s armed forces of their military capabilities, and the war will end when only a Kalashnikov is left.
Miki Zohar, Israel’s Minister of Culture, stated in an interview with Kan network on Tuesday, March 9, that it is difficult to estimate the end time of the war with Iran, but it will end when the only weapon left in the hands of the Islamic Republic’s armed forces is a Kalashnikov.
He claimed that Israel has the ability to strip Iran of its other weapons and military capabilities. According to Zohar, the ruling regime in Iran has unofficially collapsed and has lost the ability to govern the country.
The Israeli Minister of Culture also commented on Mojtaba Khamenei, Iran’s new leader, saying that he has replaced the Iranian dictator and is considered a definite elimination target for his country, and was almost eliminated at the start of the ongoing military operations.
So far, the media of the Islamic Republic have not released any new images or videos of the new leader and have implicitly suggested that he might have been injured during the initial attacks on the leadership complex, referring to him as a ‘Ramadan War casualty.’
Tzachi Hanegbi, former minister and former head of the Knesset’s Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, wrote in an article on Monday that the title of ‘Supreme Leader’ does not grant immunity to someone who wants to destroy Israel, just as Ali Khamenei, Hassan Nasrallah, Yahya Sinwar, and others did not have immunity.
Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel’s Prime Minister, said early Tuesday morning that the desire of the Iranian people to break the yoke of tyranny ultimately depends on themselves, but there is no doubt that with the actions taken so far, we are breaking the bones of the Islamic Republic, and our hands are still raised to deliver more blows.
According to Israeli media, senior security sources in the country have said that Israel is trying to inflict the most damage on the Islamic Republic government, with the possibility that the U.S. President might announce the end of the war with Iran at any moment.
